How do we get this website started? These are some questions that you may be thinking of asking...

What do I need to send you?

The short answer is send us as much as possible so we can get to know all about your particular industry, club or organisation. The more information you can send us, the better. Send it via CD, email or via post.

• Can I send you my brochure/promotional literature?

Wonderful! This is one of the easiest way to get a site started. We can use the brochure contents as the basis for a great looking website. Send us the paper copy, or even better, if you have it saved onto a file on your computer email it to us or send us a floppy disk or CD-ROM. We can accept documents in any PC Windows or MAC format.

• I’ve got some photos I've already taken, can they be used?

Yes, send us your images by email or CD-ROM. If you only have printed photos send them to us in the post and we will scan them in.

• Do I have to tell you what we want the site to look like?

Typically the customer knows what he wants or at the very least has a good idea.  Some of our customers leave the design to us. We have many years of website design experience and access to many hundreds of web templates which we can customise to your requirements.

• How do I get my photos and docs to you?

• I’ve seen another site that I like the look of – can you copy that?

We can easily take a theme from an existing site as themes and ideas are not copyright. We often use other sites as guides to help determine requirements. We will use new images and your content to make the site unique to you.

• Do I need to plan the site out on paper first?

It is up to you, we are happy to discuss your requirements and work out exactly what you want. Some of our customers know the structure in advance but it really is not necessary to do so. We will guide you to make the whole process as simple as possible,

Whether you’ve opted for one of our packages or want a truly bespoke site, the sooner you get your information to us, the sooner you can be online. If you are willing to work with us to get the site up and running we can get it implemented very quickly. Two weeks form start to end is certainly achievable.

• Help! Can you give me some ideas as to what content I can put on my site?

The answers to some of these questions will help you to determine the sort of things that should appear on your site.

How long has your business been established? Tell us about your company history. What experience do you have in your field? What are you opening/operating times?	What type of products or services to you provide? What types of industry do you supply to? Eg. Domestic, commercial, industrial, supplying schools, local authorities, etc.	Do you offer a guarantee or insurance for your work? Are you a member of any associations or governing bodies?
Do you have any testimonials/letters of thanks from satisfied customers? Tell us about work or projects you have completed that you are pleased with.	What makes your company better or different to others? What makes you stand out? Quality? Cost? Efficiency? Quality assured? Reliable? Reputable? The modern approach? Approved? Come highly recommended.	Do you offer free quotes? Advice? Are your staff helpful and fully trained? Expert advice and knowledge? Superior craftsmen? How and when do your customers pay you? Beforehand? On completion? Credit/debit cards?
What areas do you cover? Eg. Staffordshire, West Midlands, UK, the world! Talk about your delivery details, distribution, prompt delivery, 7 days a week, etc.
